27th November 2024: Cyprus: An inquiry into the Cypriot Pharmaceutical Agency about the decision to classify nicotine pouches as pharmaceutical products has resulted in a confirmation of the immediate entry into force, without a grace period, from 4th November 2024.
5th November 2024: Cyprus: The Pharmaceutical Services of the Ministry of Health has decided to classify nicotine pouches as pharmaceutical products in light of the absence of national specific legislation for these products and until regulation of these products comes in at the EU level.
