Following your access to TI as a paid subscriber, you will be deemed to have benefited from use of the service. Any refunds beyond this point will be solely at the discretion of Tamarind Media management.

Paid for Subscription or Item
Parts of the TI website are accessible upon purchasing a subscription. By subscribing you accept that content and services accessed via the website may change from time to time and that the range of services and content is solely decided by Tamarind Media Ltd. You also accept that some information and articles may appear on other websites or in other media. Tamarind Media reserves the right to vary or terminate the paid for subscription and does not guarantee that the paid for subscription will remain available or that a free-of-charge service will remain free-of-charge.
A subscription gives the subscriber access to the website www.TobaccoIntelligence.com and the content therein. There may be content the subscriber will not have access to or be able to download unless he or she pays an additional fee (including but not limited to special reports, quarterly reports and compilations).
Paid subscription plans can be purchased on the TI Website. Payment for the subscription will be deducted from the credit card you provide at the time of subscription and will be automatically re-billed upon expiry of the initial term unless cancelled. If any local tax is applicable this tax must be paid by you.
An annual multiple-user license can also be purchased off-line. Payment for the subscription will be invoiced to you and subscriber access will not be enabled until payment has been received.
A subscription can be cancelled at any time within the terms of that subscription package (many of our subscriptions have a minimum term of one year) by emailing info@TobaccoIntelligence.com. TI will work to process the cancellation as quickly as possible. Any refunds for a remaining period of subscription will be solely at the discretion of Tamarind Media management.
Payment for the subscription is made via the secure payment solution provided at the TI website. The payment process is operated by a third-party payment solution provider. You acknowledge that Tamarind Media will not be liable for any damage direct or consequential, in respect of the payment processing.
Tamarind Media will attempt to process your subscription promptly but does not guarantee that the paid subscription will be available to you by any specified time. Tamarind Media makes no offer, either to enter into a subscription contract or to provide any other goods or services. Tamarind Media reserves the right to reject subscription application for any reason. A contract with you for receipt of the paid subscription will come into effect when Tamarind Media confirms this to you. Tamarind Media may use third parties to assist in the provision of the subscription services.
The subscription fee will be subject to change and thus could be higher when the subscription is renewed.
By subscribing to any of our Paid-for Products and/or Services you enter a legally binding contract with us. We reserve the right to refuse any application for subscription to any of our services or access to free areas of our websites. We will notify you as soon as possible of any refusal.

If a subscription is agreed off-line, these terms & conditions apply to all subscribers included in that particular agreement. As described in these terms and conditions, some TI content is made available as part of a paid subscription service. Any attempt to access the content without paying the subscription fee is a breach of these terms and conditions and may also constitute an offense as a matter of law. Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Tamarind Media carries out numerous surveys of consumers, retailers and manufacturers of e-cigarettes and alternatives to combustible tobacco products as part of its work to provide independent, objective regulatory and market intelligence for the sector; Tamarind Media reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any offer at any time.
To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the Tamarind Media survey and provide their contact details as requested in the survey. You must fully complete and submit the survey in order to be entered into the prize draw.
Entry is limited to one entry per person.
All entries must be received by the survey close date.
Prize Draw General Terms
There shall be no cash substitute or alternative prize offered.
The prize is non-transferable.
The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
The winners will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should Tamarind Media be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Tamarind Media reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The prize for the survey draw will be set out in the individual survey, and many surveys are carried out without any prize draw.
Tamarind Media reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revised version will be effective immediately that it is displayed on this website.
In the event that these Terms and Conditions are translated into any language other than English, the terms of the English Language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
Employees of Tamarind Media and associated companies will not be eligible to participate.
These entry rules form part of the terms and conditions and it is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final.
