24th February 2023: US - Idaho: Bill H 199 has just been introduced. This bill would include electronic smoking devices within the definition of tobacco products for tax purposes. The purpose of this bill is to provide for "parity between traditional tobacco products and new and emerging smoking devices".
22nd March 2022: US - Idaho: Senate Bill 1285 has been delivered to governor Brad Little for signature. This bill denies local government authorities the right to adopt or enforce requirements for the regulation, marketing, or sale of tobacco products or e-cigarettes that are more restrictive than state law. It would also prevent them from imposing or enforcing a tax or fee on tobacco products or e-cigarettes.
23rd February 2022: Idaho: Senate Bill 1284 has been introduced. It would raise the age of legal possession and use of tobacco products and "electronic smoking devices" from 18 to 21.
