A relaxation of the ban on e-cigarettes and heated tobacco in Brazil could be around the corner following a public consultation, according to some commentators in the country.

Brazil’s Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) is evaluating a new draft of regulations to be presented to the agency’s board of directors, with opinion divided on the most likely or desirable outcome.
