Jordan: oral tobacco and nicotine pouch regulation

The current Law No.47/2008 on Public Health defines tobacco products as products that consist, in whole or in part, of tobacco leaves as a raw material and are manufactured for the purpose of use, whether by smoking, sucking, chewing or snuffing.
