Turning Point Brands (TPB) has announced it made $11.2m in total sales of modern oral (nicotine pouch) products in the fourth quarter of 2024.
This represents about 12% of the total $93.7m in sales it made during that period, showing the increasing importance of nicotine pouches to the company’s overall health. The company said it helped offset low-single-digit declines in loose-leaf chew. Overall, the TPB oral segment (which includes pouches and moist snuff) saw a 25.8% increase in net sales, to $47.8m. The company added that oral products contributed just over half of total net sales for the fourth quarter of 2024 (51%).
