Herbal heated products are currently banned, and although there is room for a potential resolution to regulate these products in the future, no bill or policy is currently being contested to support this view.
The Digital Stamps Scheme was adopted in May 2023, and by 24th December 2023, the possession, trade, supply and sale of HTPs without a digital tax stamp were prohibited.
