Dutch tobacco law loophole leads to Formula 1 confusion and confrontation

The Netherlands was recently praised by the World Health Organization (WHO) for its tobacco control policies.

The WHO’s ninth report “on the global tobacco epidemic” said that the country was the first in the European Union to have reached “best practice” level in implementing the guidelines that the WHO issued on enforcement of its Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.
