21st February 2022: Bosnia and Herzegovina: The Bill on the Control of Tobacco and Other Products for Smoking was not adopted on 17th February. The upper chamber of the parliament will move the discussion to another date. The bill regulates heated tobacco as a novel tobacco product and bans tobacco for oral use, except chewing tobacco. Nicotine pouches are not addressed.
