Kuwait: heated tobacco and herbal heated product regulation, December 2024

Kuwait has allowed the importation and sale of heated tobacco since 2016. Heated tobacco is largely treated as traditional tobacco.

Two regulations are currently being developed: the national standard and the regional standard. The timeframe for the adoption of the proposed national standard has not been disclosed.
