EU: The Permanent Representatives Committee of the Council of the European Union (Coreper) will today recommend to the Council that it confirms in a forthcoming meeting that it has no intention to object to the Commission Delegated Directive setting out the flavour ban on heated tobacco products and that it will allow the scrutiny period to expire.
