Argentina: MP Carolina Moisés from the ruling coalition has reportedly asked the minister of health to suspend Decree 565/2023, which entered into force on 28th March 2023 and prohibits the importation, sale and advertising of heated tobacco devices and consumables. The decree will also be challenged by the Argentinian Federation of Tobacco Manufacturers, according to press reports. ...
