Iceland: A bill amending Law 87/2018 on e-cigarettes and refills, which we reported on previously, has been approved at its first reading in the Althingi (parliament). In addition to making nicotine pouches subject to the same provisions as e-cigarettes, the bill includes a mandatory licence to sell nicotine pouches, issued by the Housing and Civil Engineering Institute.
