Tunisia: heated tobacco regulation, September 2023

Law No. 57/1964 established the Tobacco Authority and made it the exclusive state producer of tobacco products. In September 2021, the Tobacco Authority announced that heated tobacco is subject to a state monopoly. However, this could change in the near future.
