Finland’s chemicals agency moves to ban ‘dangerously strong’ nicotine pouches

The Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes) has banned the sale and marketing of pouches containing 20 mg or more of nicotine.

It has been possible since April to sell nicotine pouches in Finland without a separate sales licence, and until now with no limit on nicotine content.
