Iceland: The bill amending Law 87/2018 on electronic cigarettes and refills that we previously reported on was introduced yesterday to the Althingi. In addition to making nicotine pouches subject to the same provisions as e-cigarettes, the new draft resulting from the bill’s public consultation includes a mandatory permit to sell nicotine pouches, issued by the Housing and Civil Engineering Institute.
