Finland: Yesterday, 24th January, Parliament approved in the first reading the content of the bill contained in the government’s proposal HE 304/2022, amending the Finnish Tobacco Act. If further adopted, the definition of heated tobacco would be added to the act. The heated tobacco flavour ban will also enter into force on 23rd October 2023. ...
