Finland: The president signed the government proposal HE 304/2022 amending the Finnish Tobacco Act. The amendment adds the definition of heated tobacco and introduces the flavour ban for heated tobacco products as of 23rd October 2023, in line with the Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2022/2100.
