Estonia: The Social Commission of the Parliament scheduled the first reading of the Tobacco Act Amendment Act 654 SE for the plenary session on 8th November. The bill aims to repeal the domestic long-distance sales ban on heated tobacco products, the ban on displaying heating devices at the point-of-sale, and to introduce a comprehensive legal framework for nicotine pouches. ...
