Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have a uniform tobacco policy because this is a prerogative of two entities, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska. The sale of oral tobacco products is prohibited in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina; nicotine pouches are not addressed in the Tobacco Act.
