The Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA) tackles product requirements, and advertising and retail restrictions for tobacco and vaping products. The law defines a tobacco product as a product made in whole or in part of tobacco, including a device that is necessary for its use. Based on this definition, the rules analysed here will be applicable to heated tobacco consumables and heated tobacco devices.
