Latvia: heated tobacco regulation, January 2023

Heated tobacco is regulated in Latvia under the Tobacco Products Act and is subject to less strict rules compared to cigarettes. A bill placing heating devices under the scope of the Tobacco Products Act is expected to be subject to a final vote in the first quarter of 2023.
