Sweden: The government has notified a bill to the EU Commission TRIS database to introduce further requirements for nicotine pouch notification, labelling and health warnings. Such products were specifically regulated last year through the Act (2022:1257) on tobacco-free nicotine products and the Ordinance (2022:1263) on tobacco-free nicotine products.
