Denmark: Out of 200 tobacco retailers, 104 failed to comply with new tax rules, according to inspections carried out by the Danish Tax Agency in January and February 2023. The agency seized 2,005 boxes of nicotine pouches, and each of the non-compliant tobacco retailers will be fined DKK10,000 (€1,340).
