Heated tobacco products (HTPs) are regulated in Serbia under the Tobacco Act in line with tobacco products, while herbal heated products are regulated as tobacco-related products. There are unlikely to be any significant changes to the regulatory framework for heated tobacco and herbal heated products in the short term, aside from the possible introduction of public usage restrictions. Long-term changes will likely come as a consequence of the ongoing review of the EU tobacco framework
