It is expected that in 2024 Switzerland will completely change its framework on oral tobacco and nicotine pouches as the Federal Tobacco Products Act comes into force, adding age limits and advertising restrictions, among other regulations. Nicotine pouches will also be regulated under tobacco rules. The law will be subject to amendments that will restrict advertising even further.
